• Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

  A: No, we cannot hold properties. We have many applications for each property and must process each application fairly and equally.

• Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

  A: No. Deposit is due upon approval of application. First month’s rent is due before move in.

• Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

  A: 18 years of age.

• Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  A: Apply online, or contact our office to talk with our leasing agent. You can also contact your real estate agent.

• Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

  A: Pets are case by case basis and require a pet agreement with deposit.
